Jerry’s owner built this toy for his dog who loves to play fetch. It’s pretty fun to watch the little dog fetching a tennis ball.

The above is a time lapse video of the twining motion that vines use to find things to climb. Pretty cool, but also kind of creepy to see the plant moving that way.

Robotic dog

The “Big Dog” is a really cool robot developed by Boston Dynamics. It can carry over 340 lbs and can navigate over nearly any type of terrain. The video is really cool. Watch for the spot where it nearly falls on ice. And the spot where the demonstrator kicks it to show how it recovers from an attack. The robot almost looks like an animal rather than a machine.
