A very new study in Germany showed for children up to 5 years a strong coincidence of cancer with living near a nuclear power plant. Within 5 km distance they found from 1980 -2003 that 77 children got some kind of cancer, therefrom 37 leucemia. The statistical average would have been 48, respectively 17 cases.

A real explanation can't be given at the moment.

But this was found for all 16 locations of nuclear power plants!

I wonder if nuclear power can really be safe basically!

Other technologies would be much safer for the people!!!
