Collectible madness

I’m sure you have heard of collecting stamps and coins. But have you ever heard of collecting ketchup packets? That’s what this guy collects. And not just ketchup packets. He collects any condiment package he can get his hands on.
The collection started as a way to be cheap. Back in 2003, Chris Harne, realized that if he simply saved the ketchup packets he got at every fast food restaurant, he would never have to buy a bottle of ketchup again. His collection quickly expanded and branched out to include all of the other condiments that are distributed at restaurants.
The collection now includes hundreds of packets from restaurants all over the US. There is even a submission form on the website to allow readers to contribute.

I’m wondering how the contents will be after many years of storage.
