The strangest case mod ever
How about this case mod for you? There is no case! A tech guy at LiquidCode.org put this together in his spare time. All components are hanging from salvaged cat5 and cat3 cables. And yes, it is running in this configuration. After all, who needs a case?

The word he was looking for was “Laptop” but somehow he managed to say “mobile computer”.
All things considered, the IT guy didn’t make that big of a mistake.
That would make using the CD drive a difficult task. As well there is the ever present danger of a cable being yanked and ripping a PCI card out.
sure- it’s not pretty- but just think of the air-flow improvement. I bet he has no over-heat issues!
