		<description>A little more info about this situation. He wandered out onto the ledge from the Canadian side. This man was from NY though. He was incoherent after running his casino tab up to $650,000, then he finally realized where he was. I remember watching this on the local tv news at the time, hmm maybe about 8 years ago now. What a rescue that was. They mentioned on the news at the time it was better that it was winter when the flow of the water isn&#039;t as strong due to the ice. The fence on the Canadian side isn&#039;t as high as one would think. Anyone could climb over it fairly easily.</description>

		<description>Why the hell did the helicopter come in so close as to jeopardise the situation even further? It should have circled up higher and dropped someone(attached) down with a life-ring. How stupid can people get - of COURSE the helicopter&#039;s wind would throw him down. Most amazing clip I&#039;ve ever seen though!</description>
